10. Brief summary and how you would use the book, with students.
This is a great children's book about the ongoing lifecycle. The book is about a seed that grows into a plant. The plant is then eaten by a insect. The insect is then eaten by the snake. The snake is eaten by the crow and so on. This is a great book to talk about during science. The only thing I do not recommend is it talks about shoting the crow down. If I used this book in my classroom, I would use it during science. When we talk about the life cycle. This is a great book for illustrations and they may understand the picture book better than the textbook. I would get them to creat and draw the life cycle of their choose. I loved the book but hesitant about reading it to children.
