This is about a young little boy that share his birthday with A. Lincoln himself. Ms. Grif tells the little boy that he just like him. He is tall, linky, and big hands. Other kids like Holly liked to pick on this young boy and tease him. He always thought to his self thats ok because I am just like A. Lincoln and we share a birthday. This young little boy looks at his problems like the president did. How do I overcome these situations? This is a great inspiring book about a little boy overcoming teasing and having an idol to look up to. I would use this book in my class on president's day or when I see a situation rise in my classroom with someone being teased. I would read the book and then get the kids to do an activity to work together and have fun. This would helps with interaction with other kids. GREAT BOOK!!!!
