Summary of the book: This book is about how this sweet little boy can help save the world. He explains how if we turn off the light when we leave a room then this will save energy. Saving energy helps the world. The boy explains using both sides of the paper will help reduce cutting trees down. He also talks about walking to school will help cut down on the pollution and plus it is good exercise! If you plant more seeds to grow plants then this will create more oxygen. This would be great to read to my student on Earth Day. The kids can learn about different ways to help save the earth. They can learn how to help in school, at home, and while they are out and about. This is another once again awesome book!

Summary of the book: This book is about little red riding hood. The only thing this book is a different take on the story. It is not your typical story you have heard. Carmine is a little girl who loves red and her family loves red also. She is a painter and loves to paint. Carmine granny taught her how to spell by making alphabet soup. Granny called wanting to know if Carmine wanted to come to her house for alphabet soup. She warned Carmine to be careful because she heard noises last night. Carmine agreed to be careful and come straight to her house. Well Carmine is over taken with the beautiful colors of flowers in the field. She stops to paint a picture of the flowers. She runs into trouble because she did not listen. She ends up making it to granny’s house. The book is an awesome book for ages 4 and up! This could be used to help children understand it is important to listen to instructions that are given to you. I would love to have this book in my future classroom library.

Their friend Muffy tries to switch partners with Francine during square-dancing. Francine refuses to trade. Francine complains that Francine doesn't want to share Arthur. Well their other friend Binky thinks them two are in love and they like each other. They denied they are in love and just friends. Their friends keep nagging Arthur and Francine on it. Arthur and Francine ask each other if they wanted to kiss and they both said no. They would rather have a head full of lice. This book is too cute and funny! Kids can relate to these situations that happen in school. This would be a great chapter book for beginner readers. Students would also like this because this book is based off a TV show “Arthur”.

During their visit to the fire station, fire captain will pick three kids to slide down the pole. These kids have to be really good! Well come to find out Freddy is afraid of the pole. He does not know how to tell anyone about it. It goes to different people for help. In the end you will be surprised. I do not want to give away the ending because it is really a good book! This would be a great chapter book for kids. This book would go great in my classroom book collection!

Well as the kids play they found other kids missing things. They go on a hunt to find who is taking their stuff. One kid loses their ice cream and another loses the pacifier. The group of kids set out on an adventure to find out why things are going miss but are dressed up as pirates! This would be another great book for reading in the classroom library.
